We all have hard times. It’s part of Life. I have found that my morning meditation helps me jump start a new day by asking Jesus to watch over my needs and show me how to do things His way.

And then I try to start my daily routine. I personally use a “Push Journal”, which if you don’t have one, you can find by looking in my store under: Life is Hard. The journal not only helps my day on track but also helps me track my water intake, foods, exercise

and hitting my daily goals. Try my tips above and don’t forget the last one. Buy yourself something new! You can find something in any of my stores. Last, SMILE!!!!!! It helps not just your soul, but someone else’s.
