Hello my beauties!!! Do you experience anxiety?

I feel like everyone does at some time in their life. Just one bad day, can cause anxiety. And when you finally lie down to rest your weariness, the struggles begin.

Your mind won’t settle down. You have all kinds of wondering thoughts. Your turn from side to side. Your restless. Sleep will not come. That is anxiety. Now what???? Below I am listing some helpful hints that I have used in the past. Some of these ideas are from Pintrest.
